2022-02: Ocean Data Pipeline Grant

Matt and Bob teamed up for the first round of what they hope will become a long-term project. They will building a data pipeline to bring in data about Web3 hackers and the projects they have worked on. The long term goal is to build a model of the network of producers building Web3 and use that model to facilitate talent mobility.
